The personal data referred to on this page is processed by the Grand Hotel Miramare in the pre-contractual phase when information is provided and the services offered by the Hotel are booked, pursuant to art. 6 letter b) of the Regulation.
TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED AND PURPOSES OF PROCESSING
During their normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website collect personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols.

RIGHT TO LODGE A COMPLAINT
Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data that refers to them through this website is in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority, as provided for in art. 77 of the Regulation, or to take appropriate legal proceedings (Article 79 of the Regulation).
