Sky blue colors set the tone while chef Claudio Fortuna sets the flavor in this Art Nouveau space that opens onto the terrace for panoramic coastal views.
Vistamare is open for breakfast and dinner - and lunch when the poolside restaurant is closed.
Homemade pastries are a highlight of a buffet breakfast which has an extensive selection of sweet, savory and cooked dishes as well as paid-for à la carte options.
Dinners are full of twists on Ligurian classics. Twirl penne pasta with octopus, ginger and sea asparagus around your fork. Try Ligurian-style blackened red tuna that zings with capers and olives. Or enjoy spoonfuls of fresh strawberries with a tangy wasabi mousse.
Dishes of elegant simplicity add international twists to seasonal and regional ingredients.
Dress to impress. Gentlemen in long trousers.
Feast al fresco on the sea-view terrace.

Mouthfuls of the Mediterranean.
